Effects of this bill

If this bill passes, it means that:

The development approval for application 202342438 at block 3, section 60, division of Ainslie is revoked.
The ACT government must refuse any development applications for block 3, section 60, division of Ainslie.
The Territory must pay reasonable compensation to people whose property is acquired under division 7.3.1A.
Property owners can take the Territory to court to recover reasonable compensation; this applies if the two parties cannot agree on a payment amount.
