If this bill passes, it means that:

It is a criminal offence to have sexual intercourse with a young person under special care.
It is a criminal offence to commit an act of indecency with a young person under special care.
The law updates how fuel prices are defined by referencing the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.
The law updates references to country of origin representations for the motor vehicle repair industry.
Court references in land title disputes are simplified to 'a court' rather than specifying the Family Court of Australia.
The Criminal Code applies to these new offences if it applied to the relevant laws before the changes started.
The Australian Electoral Commission replaces the Australian Electoral Office for second-hand dealer roll extracts.
