“On behalf of Ms Berry, I move: That this bill be agreed to in principle. I speak on behalf of Minister Berry today, who would have been here but is unwell. This does reflect the urgency of this amendment to the Education Act 2004. This amendment has been developed in response to an identified issue with the act that could have significant impacts on the operation of non-government schools.”
