Effects of this bill

If this bill passes, it means that:

Committee members must disclose any material personal interests in matters the committee considers.
Committee members face a $10,000 fine for failing to disclose these interests.
Former Trust officers must return their identity cards within 21 days or face a $2,000 fine.
People who are not participants, managers, or authorized officers are banned from entering arenas.
People who refuse to leave an arena after being warned face a $3,000 fine.
People ordered to leave Trust property are banned from returning for 48 hours.
The Board can ban people from Trust property for up to 5 years if they are convicted of an offence under this Act.
The Board can permanently ban people from Trust property following a conviction and a review of submissions.
