If this bill passes, it means that:
The Tasmanian Community Fund Board cannot provide grants for political purposes
The Board must act independently; it must remain apolitical and impartial
The Board must maintain a public grants framework and a four-year strategic plan
An independent auditor must check if the Board follows its grants framework every four years
The Board must publish audit findings on its website; it must send the full report to the Minister
The Board's annual report must now include its progress on the strategic plan and audit results
The Board is now a State and statutory authority; it must comply with the Archives Act, Audit Act, and Public Accounts Committee Act
