Effects of this bill

If this bill passes, it means that:

People cannot sell or supply prohibited smoking products.
People cannot advertise or display prohibited smoking products.
The law bans the display of smoking paraphernalia.
Prohibited smoking products cannot be sold or supplied at a premises under a closure order.
The Secretary must publish information when a premises closure order is made.
