If this bill passes, it means that:

The Public Accounts Committee must have 8 members.

Four members must come from the Legislative Council; four must come from the House of Assembly.

Any political party with 3 or more members in the House of Assembly must have at least one representative on the Committee.

The Public Accounts Committee Amendment Act 2025 is repealed.
