Effects of this bill

If this bill passes, it means that:

The Administrator cannot issue building services licences to excluded or permanently excluded persons.
The Administrator can conduct any investigations they see fit.
The Administrator must give written notice before disqualifying a person.
The Administrator can revoke a disqualification if the licence holder is no longer an excluded person.
Licence holders cannot employ or appoint excluded or permanently excluded persons as directors, secretaries, partners or influential persons.
It is a criminal offence for an excluded or permanently excluded person to act as a director, secretary, partner or influential person for a licence holder.
