Licence holders face fines up to 10,000 penalty units for failing to report suspected stolen money
Courts must order gaming licence holders to compensate victims if the holder accepted stolen money for gambling
Compensation payments cannot exceed the total amount stolen from the victim
Offenders must pay any unpaid sentencing compensation to the licence holder if the holder has already compensated the victim
Unpaid compensation orders are treated as fines; they become court judgments if they cannot be collected
