If this bill passes, it means that:

Cambridge local law 43 is repealed.
Part VII of the Cambridge Endowment Lands Act 1920 is removed.
The Local Government Minister can re-enact parts of local law 43; this must be based on a recommendation from the Town of Cambridge.
Local law 43 no longer applies to development on land it previously covered; this applies regardless of when the development started or was approved.
