Cambridge local law 43 is repealed.

Part VII of the Cambridge Endowment Lands Act 1920 is removed.

The Minister can re-enact parts of Cambridge local law 43; this must be based on a recommendation from the Town of Cambridge.

Cambridge local law 43 no longer applies to development on land it previously covered; this applies even if the development started or was approved before the repeal date.
