The Commonwealth establishes the National Housing and Homelessness Advocate and their office.
The National Housing and Homelessness Advocate can request advice and information to review systemic housing issues.
The Commonwealth must prepare a National Housing and Homelessness Plan.
Housing Australia serves as the lead agency to implement the national plan.
The Commonwealth establishes the National Housing Consumer Council.
Consumer Council members must disclose their interests to the Minister and the Council.
