The Digital ID (Transitional and Consequential Provisions) Act 2024 is repealed.
The Privacy Act 1988 no longer contains specific exemptions for digital IDs.
The Age Discrimination Act 2004 no longer contains specific provisions for digital IDs.
The Australian Security Intelligence Organisation Act 1979 removes certain administrative action definitions related to digital IDs.
The Competition and Consumer Act 2010 removes references to the Digital ID Act 2024.
