Fine enforcement orders are valid; this applies even if the government did not follow the usual rules for making them.
Enforcement actions taken based on these orders are valid.
Actions taken by the Fines Recovery Unit before 28 June 2024 are valid; this applies to actions that should have been done by the Registrar of Motor Vehicles.
The legal date of these orders is the date on the notice that announced them.
