Fuel retailers commit an offence if they fail to register for MyFuel NT.
Fuel retailers face penalties for failing to follow price board requirements.
Fuel retailers must report any reductions to the proposed normal fuel price to the Commissioner.

Authorised officers cannot enter residential premises without the occupier's consent.
