Effects of this bill
If this bill passes, it means that:
Constitutional corporations cannot build, install or commission wind farms in State forests.
The ban includes Sunny Corner, Vulcan, Mount David, Gurnang and Canobolas State Forests.
The Minister can seek injunctions to stop the construction of these wind farms.
The Federal Court of Australia has the power to grant these injunctions.
