Gender identity is no longer a protected attribute; discrimination on this ground is no longer banned.
A man is defined as a member of the male sex regardless of age.
A woman is defined as a member of the female sex regardless of age.
The law replaces the phrase 'a different sex' with 'the opposite sex' when referring to sexual orientation.
