The Net Zero Economy Authority Act 2024 is repealed.
The New Vehicle Efficiency Standard Act 2024 is repealed.
The Future Made in Australia (Guarantee of Origin) Act 2024 and its associated charges act are repealed.
The safeguard mechanism and its related reporting rules are removed from the National Greenhouse and Energy Reporting Act 2007.
The Future Made in Australia Act 2024 no longer includes net zero transformation goals.
The Export Finance and Insurance Corporation Act 1991 removes references to greenhouse gas targets and the Paris Agreement.
