ACMA can order a recipient to take specific actions; this includes providing copies of records.
ACMA must respond to requests for directions within 7 days.
ACMA must provide specific information and advice to the Custodian.
The Custodian and ACMA can disclose emergency communication system information to a carrier.
Specified persons can use or disclose this information to perform their duties regarding emergency communication systems.
Entrusted persons can disclose this information if another Australian law requires it.
