Effects of this bill
If this bill passes, it means that:
The Secretary can publish information about approved work sponsors on the Department's website.
Regulations can specify that the Secretary publishes a sponsor's name; their ABN and ABN postcode.
Regulations can specify that the Secretary publishes the number of nominations a sponsor made; the types of occupations those nominations covered.
Regulations cannot require the publication of personal identifiers.
Regulations can set out circumstances where the Secretary must not publish information.
