Effects of this bill
If this bill passes, it means that:
Reserve management must follow the most recent management plan if the current one has expired.
Boards of Management can make decisions based on the last active plan while waiting for a new one.
Boards must work with the Director to prepare management plans.
Boards must try to ensure a plan is in operation as soon as possible after the Board is established.
