If this bill passes, it means that:

Parliament appropriates $345,353,000 for the Parliamentary Departments.
Presiding Officers can approve urgent spending not listed in the budget; this applies if the need was unforeseen or omitted by mistake.
Spending limits for urgent approvals are capped at $300,000 for the Senate, House of Representatives, and Parliamentary Budget Office; the Department of Parliamentary Services is capped at $1 million.
Parliamentary Departments can spend money specified in departmental, administered, or equity injection items.
