Effects of this bill

If this bill passes, it means that:

The Finance Minister can approve up to $800 million in extra spending for fuel security; this applies if the need is urgent or was unforeseen.
Non-corporate entities can use funds specified in departmental items for their own expenditure.
Non-corporate entities can use funds from administered items to help achieve specific outcomes.
Corporate entities can receive and use funds specified in corporate entity items.
