Effects of this bill
If this bill passes, it means that:
Torndirrup National Park becomes a class A reserve.
Reserves 44674, 25697 and 25696 are no longer class A reserves.
Reserve 44674 now serves navigation, communication, meteorology, survey and conservation.
Reserves 25697 and 25696 now serve landscape protection.
Reserve 21153 now serves Aboriginal heritage, culture and conservation.
Reserve 11776 now serves conservation of flora and fauna; it no longer serves water.
Reserve 24258 now serves as a national park; it no longer serves recreation.
Section 22 of the Reserves (National Parks, Conservation Parks, Nature Reserves and Other Reserves) Act 2004 is removed.
