Effects of this bill
If this bill passes, it means that:
The prescribing authority cannot list timber production as a prescribed purpose for land use.
The ban does not apply to removing salvaged forest products if regulations allow it.
The Commission can hold meetings via telephone or other instant communication.
All attendees must be in simultaneous contact to be considered present at a meeting.
Gender-neutral language replaces 'he' and 'his' for members and persons in Schedule 1.
