If this bill passes, it means that:
The Company cannot change control without the Minister's prior consent
The Company must follow coal exploration and development proposals from 1 October 2026 to 30 June 2029
The Company gets priority use of the Ewington Rail Infrastructure
Coal mining leases under the Ewington Rail Infrastructure now allow access and connection
The Minister can change any date or period in the agreement
The Act now includes the 2026 variation agreement
The agreement now includes additional mining tenements; this includes specific land lots and water licences
