Crocodile farming authorities issued after this law starts are only available to Australian entities.
The Director of the Queensland Crocodile Authority can let other people kill crocodiles on managed land; this can be for a fee or free.
The Director can declare specific waterways as populated waterways via a gazette notice.
The Queensland Crocodile Authority must locate its business premises in Cairns.
The Director must establish an advisory committee.
The Director can promote crocodile farming and the harvesting of crocodile eggs in Queensland.
