Crocodile farming authorities issued after this law starts are only available to Australian entities.
The Director of the Queensland Crocodile Authority can let other people kill crocodiles on managed land; this can be for a fee or free.
The Director of the Queensland Crocodile Authority can officially declare specific waterways as populated waterways via a gazette notice.
The Queensland Crocodile Authority must locate its business premises in Cairns.
The Director of the Queensland Crocodile Authority must set up an advisory committee to provide advice.
The Director of the Queensland Crocodile Authority must promote crocodile farming and the harvesting of crocodile eggs in Queensland.
The Director of the Queensland Crocodile Authority is appointed under this Act instead of the Public Sector Act 2022.
