Long Title (NSW): An Act to make miscellaneous amendments to the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 and instruments made under that Act and to make minor amendments to the Land and Environment Court Act 1979.

This bill being passed means that... According to the Second Reading speech, this bill is just rewriting existing laws to streamline them into less complicated and more consistent structure. Rob Stokes who introduced the bill said the changes are all minor and non-controversial (e.g. clarifying a mandatory minimum notice period which is 30 days in one place and 28 days in another).
